Team work & Strategies

The goal of the Introductory course is to provide the young athlete enough instruction in all skills to participate in our August training sessions with other children of a similar age/ability.

The goal of the Training sessions is to properly prepare each participant to successfully perform at the Championships later in the summer.

Experience in Lifesaving Sport helps children and young adults to start converting their love of water to care and compassion for others. Lifesaving Sport is the only sport based on a humanitarian goal. It is one of the best ways to prepare a child for a future in lifesaving, guarding, health care and any situation requiring decisive action and teamwork. Critical thinking and leadership skills are taught each and every day.

Participants will learn how to compete in all official lifesaving sport events, as specified by international rules and regulations.

It’s all about saving lives!
